David Balog has over 25 years' experience in acting for both plaintiff and defendant in all aspects of dispute resolution. David has acted successfully in all jurisdictions from the Local Court in some of Australia’s smallest country towns to the High Court of Australia.

David is also an accredited mediator and a court-appointed Arbitrator. We use these skills and our enviable experience of litigated matters to attempt to reach an out-of court settle wherever possible, so as to reduce the cost, delay and stress associated with protracted court proceedings.

We also have extensive and current experience assisting clients who are facing or seeking review by various State and Federal Government Tribunals and Commissions, including the new NCAT, the AAT, the Industrial Relations Commission, ASQA and the CTTT.
